Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Policy

All payments become non-refundable once work begins.

2. When Refunds May Apply

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A milestone was not started
• No work was delivered

3. Chargebacks

Chargebacks for delivered work are a violation of terms.

We will provide signed agreements & proof of delivery to defend disputes.

4. Cancellations

Monthly services require 30 days notice.

Fees already paid are not refundable.
